though it has lights and sound the actual
display does not move. Powered by 3 AAA batteries it stands 11 1/4" H x 10 1/4' W, the horses are 5" H. The first in the series the Majestic Lion was over purchased by many Hallmark stores who thought the Carousel would have sold much better than it had and are abundant anywhere that sells on the secondary market. The Giraffe was the third in the series and in short supply thus making it more valuable. The following year in 2006 the Prancing Reindeer (which also was in short supply) and in 2007 The Polar Bear. In 2008 they came out with 2 final pieces to the series, Happy Kangaroo and the Wild Tiger. All together it is a very nice centerpiece for any table. We now have complete signed set!!
